Whether it's sticking to a strict 20:4 intermittent fasting schedule, tracking a high-protein, low-carb diet to hit my 3,500 daily calories, or structuring my Push-Pull-Legs hypertrophy split, I treat health like a continuous deployment pipeline. Measure, execute, and iterate. It’s about building a robust architecture for your physical and mental health.
